If the package appears damaged or opened, do not accept the delivery and request a damage report from the courier.
Claims regarding shipping damage may not be accepted if no official courier report is provided at the time of delivery.

Orders that cannot be delivered due to incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer may require additional shipping charges for reshipment.
