At Neffo Technology, customer satisfaction is our priority. If you experience any issues with your order, we are here to help make the return and exchange process as simple and efficient as possible.

1. RETURN & EXCHANGE CONDITIONS

Return Period

  • You may return your product within 7 days of receiving your order.

  • Returns requested after 7 days from the delivery date will not be accepted.

Eligible Products for Return

Products may be returned if they:

  • Are unused, undamaged, and in their original packaging.

  • Include all original accessories and documentation.

  • Are accompanied by the original invoice or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Products

The following items cannot be returned:

  • Products that have been used, damaged, or are incomplete.

  • Customized, personalized, or made-to-order products.

  • Products that are not suitable for return due to hygiene reasons (such as earphones, underwear, etc.).

  • Certain promotional or discounted products, which may be subject to special return conditions.

2. RETURN PROCESS

Step 1: Submit a Return Request

Once your request is approved, we will provide you with the return address and detailed instructions.

Step 2: Ship the Product

  • Pack the product securely in its original packaging.

  • Include the invoice and all accessories.

  • Keep the shipment tracking number provided by the courier for your records.

Step 3: Inspection & Refund

  • Returned products will be inspected within 3 business days after arriving at our warehouse.

  • Once approved, your refund will be processed within 5–10 business days.

  • The time required for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.

Return Shipping Costs

  • If the product is defective or incorrectly delivered, the return shipping cost will be covered by Neffo Technology.

  • In all other cases, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

3. EXCHANGE POLICY

  • Customers wishing to exchange a product must first complete the return process and then place a new order.

  • Replacement products can only be ordered after the returned item has been received and approved.

4. IMPORTANT NOTES

  • New products will not be shipped until the return process has been completed.

  • Shipping costs for orders that cannot be delivered due to an incorrect address provided by the customer are the customer's responsibility.

  • Neffo Technology is not responsible for damages or missing items caused during shipping by third-party courier services.
